Really bad bad day. I have had a quite bad pain in the right side of my upper abdomen for about a week (yes, I do know what is there, I'm an abdominal surgeon!). Overnight it has become really bad, and moved into the right side of my chest. It hurts to breathe, to move. A cough almost makes me pass out. Seeing doctor on Friday morning. If it gets worse, I'm off to A&E.

OMG!!!! I hope you are ok, that is the liver, god knows I may have/had already shot mine...........hope and pray that you are fine, how is your gallbladder?? I was having pain like that and had to have myself slit right open down the middle to get it out to save my life a few years ago, hopefully it is just that!? I am seriously watching my dose of bac after the probably normal (guess I was on placebo??!!) reactions to it, now that I think I have at least the real thing, if not just stronger than I was used to, will NEVER do that again..............hope you are alright Dr. Phill...................MA
