Good day today. Still thinking of titrating up a bit. Now that the somnolence of the increased dose has gone, I'm sleeping really well through normal nights. First time in ages.
Baclofen 40, 40, 40. No cravings. No alcohol. Going out with friends tonight, so that should be another test.
